As a Warehouse Coordinator and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely shipping, distribution, storing, packaging, and otherwise transportation of inventory. We are looking for that dynamic individual who will provide energy, skill, and service to our organization

Essential Functions and Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Prepares orders by pulling from stock for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements
• Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or rerouting
• Receive product deliveries and shipments
• Sort inventory according to established procedures
• Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant departments
• Provide regular inventory reports to management
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments
• Maintain all records/logs relative to shipping and receiving
• Ensure shipping counts match the order documents
• Repackaging inventory for safe shipping of all lubes
• Monthly Inventory Counts
• Drives vehicles for the purpose of transporting orders and materials to designated sites
• Deliver customer lubricant and DEF orders
• Transfer inventory between warehouses
• Light truck maintenance
• Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received
• Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures

Qualifications

• No At-fault accidents in 36-month period
• Complete DOT Physical within 30 days of hire (paid for by company)
• Basic technology/computer knowledge to operate company computer/laptop/tablets
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Sense of urgency

Additional Qualifications

• Previous work in a warehouse environment is desirable.
• Highschool diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds several times per day
