Shift Leader

Responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of the store, including, but not limited to, team development, product quality, customer service and restaurant profitability.

Essential Job Functions

Model and provide stellar customer service

• Incorporate teamwork

• Emphasize and attain product quality

Stay up to date on all local and state requirements

• Cash control

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment

• Ensure cleanliness standards are met

Any other duties assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to assist in coordinating a team

• Ability to handle several tasks at once 

Capable of lifting 50 lbs

General knowledge of computers

Experience/Education Requirements

• Experience in restaurants 

• High School Diploma/GED Preferred

Additional Requirements

• Must complete Big City Pizza training

  Must be able to work 40 hours per week, which may include nights,

  weekends, and/or holidays

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
