Job Description
We are looking for providers to be on- call to our team to step into patient care and keep our patient access open as needed. Our on- call providers will be provided with a support team to ensure seamless care for our patients and all the tools they would need to be successful.

Rogue Community Health offers essential care services to ensure that all patients, including those who are medically underserved, have continuous access to high-quality health care, including on-site and virtual primary and preventative medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, nutrition, community outreach, and transitional housing services.
Physicians work collaboratively with all areas of support staff to address and conquer systemic inequities, barriers to care, and support a population health model.
Licensure:
- Current unencumbered Oregon License to Practice with Prescription Authority
- Current DEA Number
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
Physician: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Must be board eligible/board certified in family practice or internal medicine.
