Sales/Service Technician

Reno Refractories, a highly innovative manufacturer of premium refractory products, is seeking a Sales/Service Technician to represent our growing company.

A qualified applicant will possess:

3.       Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team.

Position Duties:

·         Provide technical support to a major steel producer when installing Reno products.

·         Experience with refractory installation: Shotcrete, Gunnite, Pumping is preferred

·         A strong work ethic and willingness to learn will be considered.

·         Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

·         Be available for unscheduled emergency repairs by customer.

·         Be able to lift to 50 lbs. and be able to walk/stand large portions of workday.

·         Solve customer concerns and questions in a timely and thoughtful manner.

·         Adhere to safety regulations and procedures while working in customer facilities.
