As a trusted name in the construction industry, we are expanding and looking to add a Skilled Mason to our growing team in Charlotte.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel is required

• Plan daily masonry tasks in alignment with project timelines and milestones

• Perform and oversee block, brick, and stone laying in commercial and industrial settings

• Ensure all masonry work meets safety codes, quality standards, and project specifications

• Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and subcontractors to coordinate work

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and layout plans

• Safely operate masonry tools and equipment, including mixers, saws, and trowels

• Conduct layout, leveling, and alignment of structures using appropriate tools and techniques

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all TEC Electric safety protocols

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial masonry

• Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents and masonry plans

• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship

• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and practices

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
