Bartender Full Time

Job Title: Experienced Bartender - Caramba Mexican Food (4-5 shifts per week)

Location: 9455 W Glendale Ave, Glendale AZ, 85305

Join us at Caramba Mexican Food at Westgate as an Experienced Bartender! We're looking for someone passionate about delivering top-notch service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Normally, the restaurant closes at 10:00 pm with Bartending staff usually leaving by 11:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise to craft a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks that showcase the flavors of Mexico.
- Engage with patrons in a friendly and welcoming manner, recommending drinks, sharing knowledge about our menu, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and adhering to sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient flow of orders and timely service.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment, with a strong understanding of cocktail preparation techniques and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any necessary certifications for alcohol service in Arizona.
