Role Summary
We are hiring an Account Executive to lead our off-price channel growth strategy. The role focuses on expanding sales and nurturing relationships with major off-price retailers including TJX, Marshalls, Ross, Burlington, and more. This is a remote position with a salary + bonus structure and full benefits. You must reside in the greater New York metro area to meet with key accounts as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Sell KNS footwear brands into the off-price channel, focusing on make-up buys and opportunity inventory
- Leverage deep relationships with buyers, DMMs, and GMMs to keep KNS brands top of mind
- Meet regularly with accounts to present product, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to manage inventory flow and sales strategy
- Maintain a strong understanding of retailer profitability models and brand margin expectations
- Use your proven sales record to grow major brands with major retailers
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in footwear sales within the off-price channel
- Strong, existing relationships with TJX, Marshalls, Ross, Burlington, and similar retailers
- Outstanding sales and account management skills
- Deep knowledge of off-price retail strategy, OTB planning, and deal execution
- A clear track record of scaling major brands in the discount retail space
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of retail profitability
- Self-starter mentality with excellent communication and follow-through
