Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We have a newborn who is now 2 months old. We also have a 5-year-old that is preparing to start kindergarten this year. I work in person but my partner works from home. Were looking for someone to help watch our baby(mainly when she has meeting or deadlines to meet) and be able to teach our 5-year-old how to read.
