Concrete Finisher and Form Setter - Foreman Level

J&S Construction is seeking a skilled foreman level trades-person with experience in form setting, rebar installation, and concrete finishing. We are a family-owned business that has been in the industry for 35 years and counting. The qualified candidate must be able to read blueprints, interpret elevations and do their own layout, set batter boards and string lines, set forms, and finish concrete. We are looking for a team player who is willing to do all parts of the project, as even the owner is at times out with the crew with a pick and shovel in hand.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience
• Masonry experience a plus!
• Able to take elevation and do your own layouts
• Set the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth, and align them
• Concrete Finishing required.
• Able to read/interpret blueprints
• Come to the yard in North Orange County and pick up the work truck and tools and materials if needed.
• Must be a team player, working well with others.
• Must provide a quality product, our business is from returning clientele.
• bi-lingual a plus. English and Spanish
