Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for some help mainly with my 7-year-old daughter. She is wonderful in every way and really needs oversight and someone who can be a great role model while taking part in fun summer activities like pool time, library, bikes, beach and all other fun summer activities. We live two blocks from the beach and around the corner from my work where we have pools and beach access. Older kids are around but self sufficient and running their own summer schedules.
