Nanny Needed For My Children

I am looking for a fun and caring nanny to entertain and care for my 4-year-old son while I am at home. We don't do screen time and it's important to us that our son's caregiver be present and attentive (i. e. no phone use while here) Making meals and help with cleaning would also be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. We have a friendly black lab so please be comfortable with pets. Mornings are best but I am somewhat flexible. 12-15 hours/week to start but hours could increase if desired.
