Urgent Care Physician Opportunity in Kansas City Full-Time Kansas City, MO Outpatient 4-Day Work Week No WeekendsPosition Overview: Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join their dynamic urgent care team in Kansas City. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule of four days per week with 36 patient contact hours, without weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Role Highlights:Diagnose and treat acute, non-emergent illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced, same-day clinic environment Conduct minor procedures including suturing, wound care, I&D, and splinting Provide sports physicals, wellness exams, and manage medication refills Collaborate with APPs, RNs, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and appropriate care Support care navigation, close care and HCC gaps, and coordinate follow-up with primary care providers Ensure a compassionate, culturally sensitive patient experience for individuals of all ages Candidate Requirements:Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for Missouri and Kansas medical licenses Strong clinical acumen, interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a high-volume setting Experience with Epic EMR preferred Compensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation package with productivity incentives Comprehensive health, dental, vision, malpractice insurance Paid time off and CME allowance Retirement plans with employer contribution Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician seeking a balanced work schedule with a focus on patient-centered urgent care.
