Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

My husband and I just had our first baby, and are looking to hire a nanny part-time. Our daughter will be 4 months old when the start date arrives, and its important to me that our values and ethics align. Since I work from home, its essential to work alongside someone I trust and feel a natural connection with. Ideally, we would collaborate on establishing a daily routine for our daughter.
