Childcare Needed

I'm looking for a great nanny for our 6-month-old child. We have one dog (white lab) that is very friendly but sheds a lot, so please consider that when applying. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts so I leave the house at 6:15 a.m. and I do not get home until 730 p.m. My husband works for DISH network and he leaves at 7 a.m. but never knows what time he will get off work (anywhere from 5 p.m. to 9pm). He works Sunday to Wednesday every week and my schedule is always different. We would need someone flexible to come to our house on the 1-2 days per week that both my husband and I are both working.
