Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for our daughter in Rehoboth Beach. She will be almost 4 months by end of July when we need help. I work from home so would ideally like someone who is comfortable being here to take care of her while I am home as well. We would like a nanny who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. We have an 8-year-old golden retriever!
