Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My schedule varies during the week as currently I have a 4 on 4 off schedule. My daughter helps me with my 6-year-old girl but she will be starting college in the fall and she helps me take her to school in mornings. She is going to have all evening classes and my work schedule is 7 to 7. On my days off I wont need help but I have to start planning this out. My daughter has an after school program and that ends at 6 p.m. I am looking for a reliable babysitter and very good with kids. My daughter is a sweetheart and very easy.
