Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Joplin. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. We have 4 very friendly dogs, 3 of which are elderly. We also have two disabled elderly adults but they are not involved in caregiving. They do enjoy having conversation! My 3-year-old is nonverbal, possibly on the spectrum. My hours run from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m.
