Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Need a babysitter for at date night with spouse. My 1yr old is really shy and might cry once she first meets you, so asking to be patient for her to get used to you . Wanting a sitter who truly enjoys kids company and wants to play. Giving full attention to my kids not so much on phone. Listens if kids need help with something out of the kitchen or whatever needed.
