Looking for someone that is self-motivated, works well independently or as part of a team. Can follow verbal instructions as well as written. Self-motivated problem solver and driven.

This could include tasks from painting to repair of equipment and general lawn care. Assisting with move in-move outs etc.

This position may require some on call hours as well.
