Physician / Family Practice / Outpatient Job Responsibilities and Requirements The Family Practice Physician will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of all medical needs of Family Practice assigned patients /team. The Family Practice Physician is also responsible for performing preliminary assessments and/or consults in addition to ongoing follow-up visits of the patient's and familys emotional, social, spiritual and environmental needs and coordinates care so that patients or family members receive needed supplies, treatments and interventions to alleviate the physical, psychological, social and spiritual pain.
