Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift position requiring ARRT (CT) certification and a minimum of 2 years current imaging/CT experience.

• Radiology unit setting
\n
• Patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric
\n
• 12-hour night shifts, Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
\n
• Occasional weekday overtime opportunities available
\n
• Part of shift/holiday rotation required
\n
• No on-call requirements
\n
• EMR used is Medhost
\n
• Equipment includes MediTech, Phillips, Siemens, AGFA DR, and OEC C-arm
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years current Imaging/CT experience required
\n
• ARRT (CT) certification required
\n
• BLS certification (AHA) required
\n
• NH Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License required, or equivalent - license required if applicable
\n
• Compact license accepted
\n
• IV skills required
\n
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly required
\n
• Proficiency with MediTech, Phillips, Siemens, AGFA DR, and OEC C-arm highly preferred
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred
\n
• Prior travel experience preferred
\n

Additional Information\n

\n
• Performs diagnostic CT procedures under the guidance of the clinical supervisor
\n
• Works effectively with patients, physicians, and interdepartmental staff to maintain quality and cooperative relationships
\n
• Personal scrubs of any color permitted
\n
• Must work two major holiday blocks if scheduled: Thanksgiving through the following weekend, Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the following weekend, and New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the following weekend
\n
• No more than 5 days of RTO accepted, and all requests must be submitted prior to interview or offer
\n
• Located in a small community without public transportation, so candidates must have their own vehicle
\n
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
\n
• First-time travelers may be considered
\n
• NH temporary license applicants will be considered
\n
