Pay: $27 - $32 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm during peak season.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Perform other related duties as needed

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 75 lbs overhead and work in tight spaces or at heights
• Great communication, a team-player mindset, and a strong work ethic

Bonus points for installation experience!
