Location: Matthews, NC (In-office)
Schedule: Full-time, rotating weekends

What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering incoming service calls with a smile—and converting them into scheduled jobs
Booking appointments and dispatching with speed and accuracy
Handling customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first attitude
Communicating with techs in the field to ensure smooth operations
Managing follow-ups, reschedules, and happy-customer check-ins
Update online portals and software
What We’re Looking For:
You love talking to people. You’re upbeat, friendly, and clear on the phone.
You’re organized and fast. You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
You’re a closer. You know how to book the job and close the deal.
Experience is a plus (call center, dispatch, home services), but a great attitude is non-negotiable.
Familiar with CRM systems (like Workiz, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan)? Even better.
