We're Hiring: Rockstar Customer Service Rep (CSR) – Join a Fast-Growing Home Service Company!

Location: Matthews, NC (In-office)
Schedule: Full-time, rotating weekends
Pay: Competitive base + performance bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering incoming service calls with a smile—and converting them into scheduled jobs

  • Booking appointments and dispatching with speed and accuracy

  • Handling customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first attitude

  • Communicating with techs in the field to ensure smooth operations

  • Managing follow-ups, reschedules, and happy-customer check-ins

  • Update online portals and software

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • You love talking to people. You’re upbeat, friendly, and clear on the phone.

  • You’re organized and fast. You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

  • You’re a closer. You know how to book the job and close the deal.

  • Experience is a plus (call center, dispatch, home services), but a great attitude is non-negotiable.

  • Familiar with CRM systems (like Workiz, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan)? Even better.
