Overview:
IronWatch Security is seeking qualified Event Security Officers to join our team. Our Event Security Officers play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor event premises to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed.
• Conduct access control at entry points and verify the credentials of attendees.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, assisting as needed.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and law enforcement as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests and event staff.
• Report and document any security incidents or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
• Valid security guard registration as required by DCJS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Possess a Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Registration.
• Pass a background check.
• Available to work all schedules/shifts, including weekends and holidays.
