About the Role:
Join Allstate Insurance Agency - Douglas Thompson as an Insurance Sales Professional and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional insurance solutions.  This position can be in person, remote or hybrid.  The core values we seek in our candidates are a positive mind set, team player, self-driven, customer focused and coachable.

Responsibilities:

• Convert provided leads into sales
• Customize insurance policies to suit individual customer needs
• Utilize networking and referrals to reach prospective clients

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the state of Texas or willing to obtain one
• Monday thru Thursday 9am to 6pm.  Friday 8am to 5pm
• Remote or on-site positions available
