Clinical Role

Schedule:

Minimum 4-6 shifts per 4-week block

Mix of days, evenings, nights, and weekends (12-hour shifts: 7a-7p or 7p-7a)

Weekend, night, and holiday coverage is shared equally among team

In-house night call responsibilities included after orientation

Procedures Required:

Arterial Line Placement

Central Venous Line Placement

Chest Tube Placement

Endotracheal Intubation

Lumbar Puncture

PICC Placement

EMR: Epic
Licensure & Certification Requirements

Certification:

NPR certification required

Board-Certified NP or PA

Board Eligibility: Will consider BE if certification is actively in progress
Other Notes

All team members share call and shift load evenly
Excellent for providers seeking high-acuity pediatric critical care work in a structured, team-based environment
