We are seeking dedicated and reliable Custodial workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be required to have prior experience in the custodial field.
Full time/ Part time positions available. Flexible schedule and competitive pay! Floor care experience is a plus!

Our office address is 1901 Manhattan Blvd. Suite D. Harvey, La. 70058 - The top of our building has the name "REGUS" on it!

• Cleaning- COVID cleaning, Sanitize all areas in each building, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/ vacuuming floors.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Cleaning and Sanitize all areas in restroom, and re-stock supplys.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Clean laboratory equipment, such as glassware and metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Ability to work with or without little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
