No Lab Onsite? Yes X-Ray Onsite? Yes Office Ancillary Staff: 6 Neurodiagnostic colleagues- 2 of them are registered EEG. Describe Office Equipment: Nihon Kohden Documentation System/EMR: Epic Facility will reimburse the Following Costs: Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
