Ballad Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Med Surg/Telemetry unit specializing in Orthopedic, Spine, and Trauma post-operative patients. This 34-bed unit provides care to adult patients with a supportive interdisciplinary team and offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced travelers and first-time travelers.
Requirements ✅ Minimum 1 year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
✅ Active RN License (TN or Compact State)
✅ AHA BLS Certification Required
✅ NIHSS Preferred
✅ ACLS Preferred
✅ Must have MS/Tele and Med Surg experience
✅ First-time travelers accepted
✅ Traveler must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
