Bus Monitor

The School Bus Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students while they are being transported to and from school and school-related activities. The monitor works closely with the bus driver to maintain order, assist students as needed, and enforce rules for safe conduct on the bus

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with children, especially in a supervisory or caregiving role, is a plus.
• Ability to manage student behavior in a calm and respectful manner.
• Basic understanding of child safety and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass background checks and any other district or state-required clearances.
• Must have a Passenger Endorsement

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 21+ years or older
