Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, highly motivated Client Services Representative to join our team here in Pittsburgh and ensure our clients feel valued, supported, and well taken care of. This is not a remote position.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in building positive client relationships, handling inquiries with professionalism, and ensuring any concerns are quickly directed to the right team. You’ll also help gather post-sales feedback to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering a positive and professional client experience
Following up on active client processes to build strong, ongoing relationships
Identifying potential concerns early and helping implement proactive solutions
Staying informed on new products and emerging trends in client services
Providing feedback and suggestions for product or service improvements based on client input
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
0–1 year of experience in client services or a related field
Strong communication skills with a friendly, client-first mindset
Ability to provide technical support, resolve issues, and recommend solutions
Willingness and ability to travel to client locations when needed
