What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook Greek and Mediterranean dishes (gyro, souvlaki, grilled meats, rice, sauces, etc.)
- Follow recipes and portion standards
- Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation of all menu items
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
- Work as part of a fast-paced, friendly kitchen team
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of cooking experience (Mediterranean or Greek cuisine a plus)
- Ability to handle high-volume cooking and multitasking
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
