Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 8 hour shift: M-F 8AM – 4:30PM

Experience: Shipping & receiving: 1 year minimum

Language:Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material
• Daily inspection of forklift equipment to ensure it is in operable conditions and report any defects immediately if found.
• Unloading freight vehicles and putting all materials in its place in an organized and sorted manner.
• Inventory control and maintenance.
• When work is slow, help production team with product manufacturing.
• Arrange appropriate transportation of products
• Assist customers with shipping inquiries
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
• Must have 3+ years’ experience in operating a sit-down and stand-up reach forklift.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
