Location: Boston, MA
Position: Registered Nurse, Cardiac Cath Lab
Shift: Day Shift, 40 hours/week; 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 4x10 schedule
Start Date: July 2025
Compensation:

• Weekly Pay: $3,389.00 – Some of the highest pay in the country currently!

• Hourly Rate: $38.52

• Overtime Rate: $57.78

• Stipend: $1,848.00

• Interview: Required (Show us your spark!)

• COVID-19 Vaccination: Full vaccination + booster required

Schedule:

• Work hard, play hard: Weekends as needed

• Be the hero on-call: Weekday and weekend on-call required

What You Bring to the Party

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – You’ve got the brains!

• Licensure: Current Massachusetts RN License – Ready to roll in MA!

• Certifications: BLS & ACLS required (because you’re a lifesaver!)

• Preferred Certification: RCIS – Bonus points if you’ve got it!

Skills That Make You Shine

• Must-Haves:

  • 3-5 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience – You’re a pro!

  • Mastery of diagnostic caths, interventions, Rotablator, IVUS, FFR, and hemodynamics

  • Rockstar skills with IABP and Impella devices

  • Versatility in all Cath Lab roles (sedation, monitor, circulator, scrub)

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • ECMO experience

  • Electrophysiology (EP) Lab experience – Not required, but a total flex

  • ICU or ED background – Foundational skills that make you unstoppable
