\n\nOpportunity:
\nRN - Dialysis
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Variable flex shifts available in 6, 8, 10, or 12-hour increments
\n• Start times are variable depending on patient and clinic need, with shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM and scheduled as late as 7:30 PM for 12-hour shifts
\n• PM shift starts at noon for 8 hours in the outpatient clinic
\n• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
\n• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
\n• On-call requirement 2 times per week as needed, including every other weekend when working - weekend call requirement may be two shifts with a 1-hour response time
\n• Assignment coverage includes both inpatient and outpatient RN and PCT roles based on need, with an approximate 50/50 split between inpatient and outpatient
\n• Block scheduling can be accommodated
\n• Float requirements limited to inpatient and outpatient only
\n• Inpatient patient ratio is 1:4 with a dialysis tech, or 1:1 in ICU units; outpatient ratio is 1:8
\n• Minimum 2+ years of experience required with previous dialysis experience in an inpatient setting required
\n• Prior CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis experience required
\n• Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
\n• Epic charting experience preferred
\n• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
\n• Required certifications: WI RN License and BLS (AHA or ARC)
\n• Scrub color: any color
\n• Contractors must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Aspirus Wausau
