Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

An established multi-specialty group in Southern Georgia is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to step into a fully developed general/adult outpatient practice. This position is replacing a retiring provider and offers immediate patient volume, optional 4-day workweeks, and no call requirements. Additional income is available for supervising advanced practice providers, and remote/telepsych hybrid model is opened for discussion.

$250K base salary, with RVU bonus structure and negotiable comp based on experience. Up to $100K extra for supervising NPs ($1,500/month per provider). $20K relocation bonus or full expense-paid move. 160 Hours of PTO. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible site. 4-Day work weeks are optional, hybrid/telehealth is open for discussion. Multi-Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only.
