Site Manager – Aftermarket - Full Time

As a Site Manager – Aftermarket, you will be responsible for the daily inbound and outbound order process. You will be looked to for ideas on how to continue to improve process and customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for All Stars! If you are a dedicated individual interested in joining a growing company in the automotive parts industry, we want you on our team!

As the Site Manager – Aftermarket, you will perform the duties below:

  • Manage fulfillment of B2B and B2C orders, including day to day management of small package vendors. (UPS & FedEx).
  • Oversee receiving of LTL freight and confirm all product is accounted for.
  • Maintain product returns at an acceptable level.
  • Ensure the team is following standard operating procedures to guarantee quality products shipped to our customers.
  • Work with team members to identify and develop improved methods to increase efficiency.
  • Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on injury prevention.
  • Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and always kept clean and orderly.
  • Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed and accurate.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
  • Follow Company safety policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Champion our mentality of “Accuracy is Quality” through all tasks.


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
  • Leadership experience a plus
  • Strong focus on quality – deeply care about the product and your work.
  • Look for ways to be more efficient and profitable.
  • High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment.


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
  • Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
