What’s a typical day as a Call Center Professional? You’ll be:
• Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.
• Accurately documents inquiries and initiates or processes adjustments.
• Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries and documenting all interactions accurately.
• Responds to, research and/or assists with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management.
• Coordinating with other departments to address and resolve customer issues, while assisting with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have experience with at least 1 year of claims processing and customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong human relations and organizational abilities.
• Are able to handle high-stress situations with good judgment and discretion, especially when dealing with confidential information.
• Are able to work onsite at the client company.
