• Case Mix: ENT emergency surgeries and inpatient consults

FACILITY INFORMATION:

• Beds: 162
• Trauma Level: Facility 1 & 2 are Level 2; Facility 3 is not a trauma center
• EMR System: Epic
• Support Staff Available: ED and inpatient staff
• Reason for Coverage: Community call support

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE:

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes (at all 3 locations)
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Rate: TBD
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES:
• ENT-type emergency surgeries

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licenses: NY license
• Board: Board Certified
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Minimum 3 years; must manage call for 3 hospitals
• Other Qualifications: Must be credentialed at the 3 locations

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide ENT call coverage at 3 hospitals
• Handle ED and inpatient consults
• No supervision of APPs or residents required
