Medical Laboratory Scientist Evening Shift Upper Midwest

We're partnering with a growing regional health system in Northwest North Dakota that's looking for an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist (Generalist) to join their full-service hospital lab team. This is a full-time evening shift opportunity, perfect for someone who enjoys a diverse testing workload and wants to make an impact in a community-focused healthcare setting.

Position Details:

• Evening shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM, Monday Friday

• Full-time (80 hours per pay period) with rotating weekends

• Work across multiple lab areas: Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Clinical Microscopy, and Immunology

• Some phlebotomy duties may be required

• Help maintain lab compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• BS in Medical Laboratory Science

• ASCP certification (or equivalent)

• Must hold or be eligible for a North Dakota CLS license or Provisional Permit

• At least 3 years of generalist experience required

• Supervisory experience preferred
