Alliance ABA is a mission-based organization devoted to supporting children with Autism and ADHD in a beautiful 4,000sq. ft. center with effective resources and knowledgeable leadership!  Service hours are weekdays, 8am-6:30pm.  We offer free training to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician Certificate, a fun working environment, flexibility, high starting pay, and a consistent schedule. Candidate should have at least one year of experience working with children or adults with special needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 Center-Based ABA services for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
• Provide behavior coaching to parents and support client’s caregivers through a variety of methods
• Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community including: social services, schools, physicians, etc.
• Participate in training and clinical supervision that focus on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies
• Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client’s treatment plans
• Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst
• Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as required

Requirements:

• HS diploma required
• Availability to work at least three weekday evenings until 6:30pm
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferred
• Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors
• Must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 90 days of employment
