Job Description:
As a Bartender at Sofive, you'll blend equal parts enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of our developing food & beverage program. We count on you to create a unique, personal experience for each guest you encounter by making personal connections, garnished with a great attitude that brings folks back to Sofive!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• • Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and the ability to make suggestions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, making beverages, and serving food.
  • Engage with guests and personalize their experience, following specific service time and guidelines.
• Operational Excellence:
• • Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time.
  • Adhere to schedules and be reliable in attendance.
• Team Collaboration:
• • Work as a contributing member of a team, communicating with management and serving representatives to ensure effective customer flow.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers.
  • Participate in cross-training and mandatory cleaning as required.
• Business Growth:
• • Stay informed about current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to proactively inform guests and invite them back.
  • Make suggestions and propose ideas to management to grow the business.

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum age of 21 years.
• Plus: Appreciation for soccer!
• Pay Rate $15.80 -
