JOB TITLE:  Consumer Relations Specialist - Part Time

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Work with customers to process incoming RMA's and outgoing RTV’s
  • Responsible for daily email follow up pertaining to RMA status questions from both internal and external customers
  • Resolve daily shipping discrepancies with internal Customer Service Reps and the Operations team.
  • Answers phone calls from customers and end consumers related to warranty consideration.
  • Investigates, analyzes, and recommends determinations on product disputes from clients
  • Processes product claims on behalf of the company and its’ clients
  • Examines causes of product complaints and initiates corrective actions
  • Functions as intermediary to research, intervene or otherwise assist disputing parties in reaching an agreement
  • Advocates consumer viewpoints to management on decisions directly affecting product-related concerns
  • Analyzes and recommends improvements in customer service policies, systems, programs, and services

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ of experience in a similar or related position
  • Extensive knowledge of tire/wheel industry
  • MS Office
  • Data entry
