Visit us at Arootah.com to learn more.  WHO YOU ARE:  Arootah is searching for IPEC/ICF certified Executive Coaches to work with our Hedge Fund clients. As an Executive Coach, you will work with high-potential employees to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.     

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

Use Arootah’s coaching process and proprietary tools and technology with clients to support clients in getting from where they are to where they want to be 

Simplify and clarify goals 

Help the client develop realistic and effective monthly action plans for leadership growth  

Identify internal and contextual roadblocks  

Break apart goals into actionable steps  

Devise a plan of action for each goal  

Provide the client with resources associated with implementing their action plan  

Teach and mirror successful and positive emotional and behavioral techniques  

Evaluate each client’s advancement toward goal actualization  

Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of coaching results (challenges, breakthroughs etc.)  

Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work in the USA

IPEC/ICF certified strongly preferred 

Bachelor’s degree  

360 Assessment experience / certification 

Experience coaching C-suite executives  

Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness   

5+ years of experience in executive coaching and a business background  

Ability to build rapport and work with people from all over the world  

Effective communication 

Personable and relatability skills 

Basic computer skills  

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint 

Hogan certification is strongly preferred 

DiSC and/or EQ-i assessment experience is a plus 

Experience working and collaborating with remote teams 

Professional experience working in financial services or hedge funds is a plus 

Located in New York tri-state area
