Summary of Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding, professional and efficient service by determining and fulfilling customers needs.

Work independently and as part of a team to deliver a high level of service to our customers.

Meet determined performance goals and objectives.
Balance multiple priorities, answering incoming calls and properly maintaining the store relating to stock, merchandising and appearance.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
A strong desire to learn and grow

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Effective oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Ability to work as part of a team
Receptivity to coaching as a form of growth and development
Effective problem solving skills
Ability to act with a "customer comes first" attitude and deliver a level of service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
