Walk the site and check in with tailgate tents to make sure guests are enjoying their time and offer assistance as needed./lilistrongWelcome Tent Supervision/strong - manage the guest services area, direct guests, and provide assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations./lilistrongExhibit outstanding customer service /strongand exemplify REVELxp’s core values of service, joy, and entrepreneurship, ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable experience./lilistrongRespond promptly/strong to customer needs, requests, and inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and a can-do attitude./liliAssist the strongEvent Coordinator/strong with day-of operational tasks, including setting up and breaking down equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring operational efficiency./liliBe strongproactive in assisting/strong with any special requests from guests, such as transporting equipment back to vehicles or assisting with the cleanup and maintenance of tailgate sites./lilinbsp;strongMaintain a clean and organized site/strong, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable throughout the event that represents REVELxp standards./li/ulpRequirements/ppQualifications amp; Requirements:/pullistrongTeam-oriented mindset,/strong with a commitment to ensuring a collaborative and efficient team environment./lilistrongStrong communication skills/strong to interact effectively with guests, peers, and supervisors./liliMust be available to strongwork every home game /strong(August to late November)./liliComfortable working strongoutdoors in varying weather conditions/strong./liliMust be at least strong16 years old/strong and able to work 10-20 hours per week./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliComfortable strongstanding and walking/strong for extended periods./liliAble to stronglift up to 50 pounds /strongand assist with carrying, setting up, and moving equipment./li/ul
