We're on the lookout for passionate individuals that will elevate our vibrant culture and join us in delivering unparalleled service to our valued team members, residents, investors, and partners.nbsp;/ppThe part-time seasonal position pays $13 to $15 per hour, based on experience./ppThe position will be approximately 30 hours per week with a rotating schedule to include weekends.nbsp; The position is for June 2025 through the end of August 2025./ppstrongJob Description/strongstrongem:/em/strongnbsp;/pulliProviding superior customer servicenbsp;/liliAssist in complete market surveysnbsp;/liliShow, lease and move in prospective community membersnbsp;/liliUpdate unit availability dailynbsp;/liliProcess rental applicationsnbsp;/liliProcess maintenance requestnbsp;/liliReceive collections in accordance with Trinityrsquo;s standardsnbsp;/liliClerical and phone supportnbsp;/liliMaintain all community members files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentationnbsp;/liliMaintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed, all apartments are inspected to ensure all apartments are move-in ready to the Trinityrsquo;s standardsnbsp;/liliDemonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to Supervisornbsp;nbsp;/liliConduct community memberrsquo;s move-out unit walksnbsp;/liliAdditional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisornbsp;nbsp;/li/ulpstrongSpecial Requirements:nbsp;/strongnbsp;/ppPhysical Demands:nbsp;/pulliThe employee will be regularly required to sit; stand; walk; reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands; talk and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time.
