Care setting./span/ppspan style="font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;"bull; Consulting and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and others involved in the patientrsquo;s care./span/ppspan style="font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;"bull; Documenting problems, nursing assessments, appropriate goals amp; interventions, care provided, and patient and family outcomes achieved from intervention and care provided per agencyrsquo;s policy./span/ppspan style="font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;"bull; Attends and participates in nursing staff meetings and mandatory and non-mandatory in-services./span/ppspan style="font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;"bull; Adhering to evidence-based standards of practice that are endorsed by the agency./span/ppspan style="font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;"bull; Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, customer service skills, initiative, dependability, and good judgment./span/ppspan style="font-family: georgia, serif;
