If not licensed, NYSED permit required within two months of hire, and NYSED Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required within one year of permit issuancestrong./strongulli style="margin-left: 1.0in;"Trainees without a Permit may observe, read procedures, and learn processes in each section of the laboratory. They may not under any circumstances verify any testing on patients.
