You can also get a discount at Rasmussen College to further your education!/strong/p pnbsp;/p pstrongLPN Requirements:/strong/p ul li style="list-style-type: disc;"Must have MO and KS or compact license./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Must be willing to work in KS and/or MO./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Home Health experience is preferred, but not required./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Must have CPR certification./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Must have wound care experience./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Must have at least one year of nursing experience./li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongLPN Essential Functions:/strong/p ul li style="list-style-type: disc;"Recognize and report changes in the patientrsquo;s condition to the RN supervisor./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Complete timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patientrsquo;s progress./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Assist the RN or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Assist the RN in carrying out the patient plan of care./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Assist the client in learning appropriate self-care techniques./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Able to perform CPR if needed./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Follows accepted standards of nursing practice./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Communicate with referral sources to identify home health needs./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Enters patient demographic information on all home health patients into the appropriate database./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Able to travel within geographic area serviced by office from assignment to assignment./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"Complete other assignments as requested and assigned./li li style="list-style-type: disc;"May have access to protected health information (ldquo;PHIrdquo;) necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities.
